Digital Agenda for Latin America and the Caribbean

The Digital Agenda for Latin America and the Caribbean (eLAC) is a regional initiative that promotes digital transformation as a tool for economic growth, social inclusion, and sustainable development. Since 2005, this roadmap has evolved to adapt to the changing digital landscape. With the participation of governments, the private sector, civil society, and international partners, it provides a framework for coordination, cooperation, and the exchange of knowledge and best practices in various thematic areas, including digital connectivity and infrastructure, innovation, e-government, e-commerce, digital skills, and data governance, among others.
